Disappointment and Covering that up

I don't know what I'm doing
I don't like it that he sometimes treat me this way..

I don't know what I'm feeling
I know I don't like or enjoy it..

I'm pissed
I'm also sorrow
I'm just not happy..

And I want to tell that to him...
But I can't..
He is the only person I can tell things to now...
Pathetic right? I don't have a best friend..
I don't  have someone to be sad with..
Only him.. and I thank god for that..

But does he have to be soo insensitive sometimes?
But I guess I understand..
It's his friends..
I'm not going to stand in the way of that..
